1. Who you're agreeing with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Blue J Uniform ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you browse, buy, or sell through our website, including any wholesale buyer portal we've given you access to. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

2. What we sell

Blue J Uniform sells Islamic clothing and school / club / team uniforms, including items customized with your logo, monogram, or original artwork. Some products are stocked off-the-shelf; others are made or decorated to order. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable except where required by law (see "Returns and exchanges" below).

3. Your account

You can browse without an account, but you need one to save a cart across visits, see your order history, or use the wholesale buyer portal. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Wholesale accounts are created by us after we've verified your business. Your wholesale catalog, negotiated pricing, and payment terms are specific to your account and confidential to your business.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and we'll refund anything you've already paid in that case.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on our pickup location.
• We try to keep stock counts accurate, but in rare cases an item may sell out between when you add it to your cart and when you check out.

5. Custom graphics and logo work

If your order includes custom artwork — a school crest, club logo, name, or your own design — these rules apply:

• You own your artwork. By submitting a design you confirm that you have the right to use it and the right to authorize us to print or embroider it on your order. You agree to indemnify us against claims that the design infringes someone else's rights.
• Approval and charging. We send you a digital proof. Production and the per-graphic charge are not started until you approve it in writing (in your account or by email). Once approved, the artwork charge is non-refundable.
• Our work product. Files we create on your behalf (vectorizations, embroidery digitizing) remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them for orders placed with us.

6. Payment

Individual shoppers pay in person when they pick up their order, or — when the store offers it — online by card at checkout, processed by Square (card numbers never touch our servers). Wholesale buyers are billed by invoice with the net payment terms (e.g. net 30) shown on each order. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. We may suspend a wholesale account with overdue balances.

7. Pickup

Orders are placed online and collected in person at our pickup location — we don't ship or deliver. We'll let you know when your order is ready, and the pickup address and hours are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect.

8. Returns and exchanges

• Stocked items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of pickup, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Refunds are issued the way you paid (in person, or as an invoice credit for wholesale).
• Custom, monogrammed, embroidered, or made-to-order items are non-returnable except if defective or handed over in error. Tell us right away if you spot a defect.
• Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. inner caps, hijab underscarves) are non-returnable once opened.
• To start a return, contact us first — we'll arrange for you to bring the item back at pickup.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit artwork that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights — including team or school logos you don't have permission to reproduce.
• Submit content that is hateful, threatening, or unlawful.
• Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or overload the site, or access another customer's account.
• Resell items in a way that misrepresents their source or violates our wholesale agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The Blue J Uniform name, logo, site design, product photography, and written copy are owned by us and may not be copied without permission. Third-party logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

11. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Color on a screen may differ from the actual product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Blue J Uniform harmless from claims arising from artwork you submitted, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the site.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or emailed to account holders. Your continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes
